What our case studies will document (and why we wait for permission)

Most agencies publish case studies that read like marketing brochures: a generic client logo, vague “35% lift” claims, no data showing how. We don’t think that’s actually useful. The case studies we’re preparing will document:

  • The starting state — actual ranking position on the operator’s primary keywords (week 1 of the engagement), GBP grade, review velocity baseline, monthly booking volume.
  • The 90-day plan executed — week-by-week what we shipped, with screenshots from the actual tracking dashboard.
  • The 90-day result — ranking lifts measured against the starting state, GBP grade improvement, review velocity delta, and (where the operator has shared back the booking data) the actual increase in monthly bookings attributable to the program.
  • What didn’t work — every engagement has misses. We document those too.

That kind of case study takes 90+ days of engagement to assemble honestly, plus a 2-week review with the client to verify the numbers and clear the privacy boundaries. So the first published case study lands when one of our active engagements crosses the 90-day mark with measurable, shareable results.
