Who these terms are with
Grow Your Limo, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Wali Shah. Using this site means accepting what is on this page. If a signed engagement agreement exists between us, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.
The free tools
The audit and the other free tools are provided as they are. They read public signals and give you our honest reading of them. They are not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or bookings, and no result from them creates any obligation on either side.
They can be wrong. Public data sources go down, listings get misread, and an audit is a snapshot of one moment. Treat the output as a starting point for a conversation, not as an audited statement of fact.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, term and notice. In general: the first ninety days are fixed scope at a fixed price, anything continuing after that runs month to month, and either side can end it with notice as set out in that agreement.
What you own at the end: your domain, your hosting, your website, your content, your Google listing and your data. We do not hold any of it hostage, and migration help at the end of an engagement is included rather than charged for.
What we do not promise
We do not promise specific rankings, specific traffic numbers, or a specific number of bookings. Anybody in this industry who does is either buying ads and calling it search, or guessing. What we commit to is the work, the sequence, the reporting, and telling you the truth about what is and is not moving.
Search results are decided by Google, which changes its mind regularly and without telling anybody. That risk is real and it sits with both of us.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us about your business is accurate: your licensing, your insurance, your fleet, your service area and any claims you want published. We write what you tell us, and we will decline to publish claims we think are untrue.
You also keep control of your own accounts. We work inside your Google, your hosting and your reservation system with access you grant and can revoke.
Content and ownership
Words, pages and designs we produce for you are yours once invoices are settled. The frameworks, tools and methods behind them remain ours and are used across other engagements, which is precisely what makes them worth having.
Everything on this website, including the case studies and the free tools, belongs to us. You are welcome to quote a sentence with a link. Copying pages wholesale is not on.
Case studies
Figures in the case studies are read from each operator’s own Google account and are published with their permission. They describe what happened for that operator in that market at that time. They are evidence, not a forecast for your business.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the issue arose. We are not liable for lost profits or lost bookings, which in a business that depends on a third party’s search algorithm are not something anybody can sensibly underwrite.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where a signed engagement agreement names a different jurisdiction, that agreement wins.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes. Existing engagements continue under the terms in force when they were signed.
