Privacy Policy

Grow Your Limo (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you use growyourlimo.com or our free tools, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Forms you submit: name, email, phone, business name, website URL — only what you enter.
Audit tool inputs: the URL or business you ask us to audit, plus the resulting score and recommendations.
Analytics: standard web analytics via Google Analytics 4 + Google Search Console (page views, sessions, traffic source).
Cookies: session cookies + analytics cookies. We do not use ad-tracking cookies on growyourlimo.com.

How we use it

To deliver the audit report or tool output you requested.
To follow up by email if you opt in (we send marketing emails approximately twice a month, you can opt out from any email).
To improve the tools themselves — anonymized in aggregate.
We never sell your data. We never share with advertisers. We never trade your audit results with third parties.

Data we do NOT collect

Credit card or payment information (we don’t process payments through this site — Calendly + invoicing happen separately).
Sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, etc.).
Children’s data (this site is not directed at children under 13).

Cookies + tracking

The site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 — meaning EU/UK visitors see a cookie banner and can decline cookies before any tracking fires. US/CA/AU visitors see the same option. Declining cookies still lets you use the site fully; we just can’t see aggregate usage data.

Third-party services we share data with

Calendly — when you book a strategy call. Calendly’s privacy policy applies.
Google — Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile API (audit lookups), Google Maps (popular places links).
Replicate / OpenAI — for AI tool outputs only. Inputs are not retained for training.
Hostinger — our hosting provider (data residency: depends on host region).

Your rights

If you’re an EU/UK resident under GDPR, or a California resident under CCPA, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, port it, or opt out of any processing. Email hello@growyourlimo.com with the request and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

How long we keep your data

Audit results: stored indefinitely while you’re an active user; deleted within 30 days of an explicit deletion request.
Email list: until you opt out.
Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS preload. Passwords (where used) are hashed via WordPress’s standard salting. Audit data is stored in our managed database with daily encrypted backups.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we’ll email anyone on our list with at least 30 days’ notice. The “last updated” date at the top of this page is updated on every revision.
