What does Limo Anywhere cost, and why do owners look elsewhere?
Limo Anywhere is the name owners search most. Our own keyword research (DataForSEO, US, 27 September 2026) put the brand cluster at about 29,060 searches a month. About 14,800 of those are "limo anywhere login", which is existing customers signing in. "Limo anywhere app" gets about 210 a month. Lots of people use it, and lots of them check what else is out there.
Here is what Limo Anywhere publishes today. Its price rises with trip volume:
- Core: from $99 a month at the 150-trip tier, plus $0.25 per trip, with a one-time $299 upfront fee.
- Plus: from $249 a month, plus $0.20 per trip, with a $599 upfront fee. Adds data cleaning and upload support, prioritized support and 4 hours of training.
- Black: from $549 a month, plus $0.20 per trip, with an $899 upfront fee. Adds the passenger app, a dedicated account manager and unlimited DBAs.
On top of that are extras: LA Net farm-in and farm-out at $0.75, $0.50 or $0.25 per trip depending on plan, Messaging Manager at $39 a month on Core, and the Passenger App at $199 plus $99 a month on Core and Plus. Terms are month to month with 30 days' cancellation notice by email. Reactivating costs $25.
That is not unreasonable for what it does. Owners mostly leave for three reasons: the bill grows with every trip, the per-trip extras add up, and the system feels heavy for a five-car fleet. Our Limo Anywhere review covers what to test if you're staying.
Which Limo Anywhere alternatives are actually built for limo operators?
Software directories list Limo Anywhere "alternatives" that are trucking or delivery tools. We left those out. Every platform below says on its own site that it serves limo, livery or chauffeured transport. The prices are what each vendor published on 20 October 2026. We have not run each of these products for a client, so this is a sourced desk comparison. Use it to build your shortlist, not as a final verdict.
Moovs
What it is: A cloud booking, dispatch and payments platform aimed at modern limo and black-car operators.
Published pricing: A free "Test Drive" plan. Standard is $149 a month and Pro is $199 a month, each with a $299 setup fee. Enterprise starts at $999 a month. Card processing is charged separately: 3.4% + $0.30 on Standard, 3% + $0.30 on Pro, custom on Enterprise. The passenger app is $499 a month with a $1,000 setup fee.
Strengths: A flat subscription that doesn't charge per trip, and a free tier you can try without a card. Enterprise includes a migration with a 30-day parallel run, and Moovs says it has migrated operators from Limo Anywhere, Santa Cruz and FASTTRAK.
What to test: The processing rate against your current merchant rate, because on a busy month it can cost more than the subscription. Also note that the pricing page is inconsistent on free-plan limits and vehicle caps, so get those in writing. More in Moovs vs Limo Anywhere.
FASTTRAK
What it is: Scheduling, dispatch and billing software from FASTTRAK Technologies. It comes as a browser app (InVision) and a Windows desktop app (Ultimate). In March 2026 it announced it had joined Fullsteam's ground-technology portfolio.
Published pricing: Starter is $99 a month for up to 100 bookings ($100 setup). Professional runs $129, $159 or $189 a month for 250, 500 or 750 bookings ($195 setup). Enterprise runs $219, $279 or $319+ a month for 1,000 to 2,000+ bookings ($495 setup). Bookings above the base volume cost 15 cents and less at higher volumes. There is a 30-day working trial, and cancellation needs 30 days' notice.
Strengths: Published, volume-tiered pricing, plus GNet, LimoLink and Carey connections listed as included. It also offers a developer API.
What to test: The add-ons. Using a payment processor other than its own GROUND Pay costs $100 to $500 a month, and FASTTRAK-to-FASTTRAK affiliate exchanges cost $0.50 each.
GroundWidgets (SantaCruz)
What it is: A suite for established operators, built around the SantaCruz platform for reservations, dispatch and accounting. Around it sit a passenger app (GroundApp), driver app (GroundPad), affiliate exchange (GroundXchange), payments (GroundPay), corporate booking connectivity (GroundSpan), and managed back-office support (GroundOps).
Published pricing: None. Pricing is through sales.
Strengths: Breadth, especially corporate and travel-agency connectivity and outsourced reservations and dispatch staff.
What to test: Ask for a full written quote that includes every module you would need. This one is for multi-market operators, not a three-car start-up.
Worldlimobiz
What it is: All-in-one limo software with dispatch, a driver app, online booking, and a website with hosting.
Published pricing: $2 per reservation, capped at $200 a month (the cap kicks in at 100 reservations). It lists a $100 one-time setup, though its FAQ also says "no setup fees", so confirm. The first 10 reservations are free, and there are no contracts.
Strengths: It's the simplest pricing here, and costs almost nothing in a slow month.
What to test: Its homepage doesn't mention an affiliate network or a data import tool. Ask about both. Also ask who owns the "free website" and its domain if you leave.
LimoExpress
What it is: A limo and livery management platform built by GoldBear Technologies, aimed at limo, VIP and airport-transfer companies and their affiliates.
Published pricing: Priced by user accounts, not trips, and excluding tax. Team 5 is $48 a month, Team 10 is $67, Team 25 is $169 and Team 50 is $279. Annual plans start at $419 a year for Team 5. Rides and vehicles are unlimited. There is a 14-day trial with no card required.
Strengths: Cost doesn't grow with trip volume. It lists GNet integration, Stripe payments and a public booking form.
What to test: The site prices in dollars but shows EUR in its footer. Confirm the billing currency, support hours in your time zone, and US/Canada SMS delivery.
Limo Flow
What it is: Limo and chauffeur software for booking, dispatch, a driver app and corporate billing, with optional marketing services.
Published pricing: With annual billing, Starter is $60.72 a month (125 bookings and inquiries), Essential is $87.12 (250), Growth is $122.32 (350) and PRO is $175.12 (500). Setup fees run from $75 to $199. Enterprise starts at $349+. Users, drivers and vehicles are unlimited, and extra bookings cost 25 to 28 cents each.
Strengths: Payments settle to your own merchant account. It has a self-service import wizard and a booking form in 23+ languages.
What to test: The allowance counts inquiries as well as bookings, so a busy quote form uses it up. Monthly-billing prices aren't shown, so ask for them.
Hudson
What it is: The Hudson Ground Transportation System for reservations, dispatch, reporting, mobile apps and widgets. It serves limo and sedan operators, shuttles and charter buses.
Published pricing: None. You request a demo.
What to test: Hudson fits mixed fleets that run shuttles alongside sedans. Ask for references from operators your size.

Which one is cheapest for my month?
Headline prices mislead because each vendor meters something different. Take a 100-trip month where every ride averages $200 and is paid by card, so $20,000 goes through card processing. Using only published figures:
- Worldlimobiz: 100 × $2 = $200, which hits the cap.
- FASTTRAK Starter: $99, since you are inside 100 bookings.
- LimoExpress Team 5: $48, if five office logins are enough.
- Limo Anywhere Core: $99 plus 100 × $0.25 = $124, if the per-trip fee applies to every trip. Confirm with sales.
- Moovs Standard: $149, plus processing of 3.4% × $20,000 + 100 × $0.30 = $710. That makes about $859 if you take cards through Moovs.
The Moovs line isn't a like-for-like penalty. You pay a processor whatever software you use, and with the others that fee simply sits on a different bill. The lesson is to put your current processor's effective rate next to every quote. On a $20,000 month, a 0.5% difference in processing is $100, which is more than some of these subscriptions.
Then add the extras you actually use: affiliate fees per farmed trip, passenger app, SMS beyond free allowances, extra company aliases, and setup.
Switching from Limo Anywhere: what breaks?
The software is the easy part. These five things break during a switch if nobody owns them.
1. Your data export
Limo Anywhere's own guides show two exports worth running before you give notice. The Reservation Manifest report has an "Excel - Inline" output with one row per reservation and every field in its own column. That is the format a new vendor's importer wants. Customer accounts come out through Accounts → Export Customers → Generate Export File. Limo Anywhere notes that this export doesn't reflect cancelled trips. Pull future reservations, past 24 months, accounts and affiliates separately. Then check row counts against what the system shows. On the receiving side, Moovs Enterprise and Limo Flow's import wizard both publish migration help. Ask everyone else how they import, and who checks the result.
2. The booking widget on your website
Your "Book now" button almost certainly points at Limo Anywhere's online reservation system (ORES). When you switch, that link dies, along with any saved passenger logins, corporate booker bookmarks and links in old confirmation emails. List every place the old booking link appears: website, Google Business Profile, email signatures, corporate portals. Swap them all on the same day. If the new vendor offers a supported embed, put it on a page on your own domain so the URL customers and Google know never changes again. That is what reservation system integration covers.
3. Your affiliate network
If you farm work in or out through LA Net, that relationship is tied to Limo Anywhere and charged per trip. FASTTRAK and LimoExpress name GNet, and GroundWidgets has GroundXchange. Before switching, list your top ten affiliates and how each one currently sends you work. Ask whether they can still reach you on the new system on day one, and confirm the answer with them, not just the vendor.
4. Payment processing
Limo Anywhere Pay is listed as in-house payments powered by Fullsteam, and only for US-based operators. Ask your current processor whether stored customer cards can move to the new platform's processor. If they can't, corporate accounts will need to re-enter cards, so warn them early. Check whether the new vendor charges you to use your own processor. FASTTRAK, for example, lists $100 to $500 a month.
5. SEO and your booking URLs
If your reservation page or booking flow changes URL, Google has to relearn it. Changed URLs without redirects are how owners lose rankings in a migration. When we rebuilt a Toronto Pearson chauffeur site in September 2026 (82 city pages, 10 service pages, 13 route pages), all 641 queries the site previously ranked for were kept through the move. That came from mapping every old URL to a new one before launch. Do the same for any booking or reservation URL you have ever published. Keep the page address on your domain and change only what sits inside it. Our limo SEO work includes this map.
Finally, timing. Limo Anywhere wants 30 days' notice, so give it after the new system has handled a week of real trips in parallel. Don't give it before.
How do I test an alternative in two weeks?
- Days 1–2: Export your data (see above) and import a month of future trips into the trial.
- Days 3–5: Have dispatch run ten real scenarios: an airport pickup with a flight delay, a multi-stop wedding, a same-day hourly booking, a cancellation, a farm-out, a corporate account invoice, a driver no-show, a refund, a changed pickup time, and a duplicate booking.
- Days 6–8: Book three trips as a passenger on your phone through the new booking page. Time each one, and note every field that confuses you.
- Days 9–12: Have two drivers use the driver app for real trips.
- Days 13–14: Get a written quote for your real month: base fee, setup, per-trip or per-booking charges, processing, affiliate fees and add-ons. Compare it line by line with your last Limo Anywhere invoice.
Which alternative fits which operator?
- Owner-operator or very small fleet, low volume: Worldlimobiz or FASTTRAK Starter on cost, or LimoExpress if you have few office users and many trips.
- Growing 5–20 car operator who wants modern booking and payments in one place: Moovs or Limo Flow. Moovs if you're happy to process cards through it, Limo Flow if you want your own merchant account.
- Operator who lives on affiliate work: FASTTRAK or LimoExpress for GNet, or stay on Limo Anywhere if LA Net is where your partners are.
- Multi-market or corporate-heavy operator: GroundWidgets or Hudson. Ask both for a full quote.
None of these is automatically the right answer. Whichever you pick, protect the booking page on your website, because that is where your marketing spend turns into trips. For a wider view, read our dispatch software comparison. If you want a second pair of eyes on a switch, book a meeting.
Quick answers
Who are Limo Anywhere's main competitors?
Limo Anywhere's main limo-specific competitors are Moovs, FASTTRAK, GroundWidgets (SantaCruz), Worldlimobiz, LimoExpress, Limo Flow and Hudson. GroundWidgets and Hudson do not publish prices. The others do, from LimoExpress Team 5 at $48 a month up to Moovs Enterprise from $999 a month, as checked on 20 October 2026.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Limo Anywhere?
Yes, on subscription price alone. At 100 trips a month, Limo Anywhere Core works out at $124, against $48 for LimoExpress Team 5 and $99 for FASTTRAK Starter, using prices published 20 October 2026. Card processing can reverse the order: on a $20,000 month, Moovs' published 3.4% + $0.30 rate adds about $710 on top of its $149 plan.
Limo Anywhere vs Moovs: which costs less?
Neither always costs less. Limo Anywhere Core charges $99 a month plus $0.25 per trip; Moovs Standard is a flat $149 with no per-trip fee but card processing at 3.4% + $0.30. At 100 trips the Limo Anywhere subscription is lower at $124, and at about 400 trips both land at $199. Our Moovs vs Limo Anywhere comparison runs the maths.
Is Limo Anywhere worth it?
Limo Anywhere is worth it mainly for operators who farm work with affiliates already on its LA Net network, and for teams with many office users, because users are unlimited on every plan. It is weaker value at high trip counts: every trip adds $0.20 to $0.25, and Core overage is $0.50 a trip above 500. Read our full Limo Anywhere review.
