Limo dispatch software: pricing models, features and a sourced comparison

Limo dispatch software is billed five ways: per trip, per reservation, per user, flat tiers, or a mix, almost always plus a one-time setup fee. Published prices on 20 October 2026 run from $48 a month to $999 and up. The right pick depends on your monthly trip count, your affiliate work and whether passengers book on your own domain.

How is limo dispatch software priced?

Operators search "limo software", "limo booking software" and "limo dispatch software" a combined few hundred times a month in the US. Our DataForSEO pull on 27 September 2026 put "limo dispatch software" at about 90 searches a month with a $32.72 cost per click. That CPC tells you vendors pay a lot to win you. It also tells you the pricing pages are written to sell, not to compare.

Strip the marketing and every limo-specific product we checked uses one of these models:

ModelHow the bill growsPublished exampleWatch for
Base + per tripA monthly base plus a fee for every trip bookedLimo Anywhere: $99/mo base + $0.25/trip on CoreOverage rate after the plan cap; farm-out fees per trip
Per reservation, cappedA fee per reservation up to a monthly ceilingWorldLimoBiz: $2/reservation, capped at $200/moWhat the cap includes; what happens to features at low volume
Per user (seat)Price steps up with office logins, not tripsLimoExpress: $48/mo for up to 5 user accountsWhether drivers count as users; currency
Flat tiersA fixed monthly price per tier, no per-trip feeMoovs: $149/mo Standard; Exaltis: $89.10/mo Core (sale price)Ride caps, seat caps and card processing rates hidden in the tier
Per module / per driverSeparate subscriptions for desktop, web booking and driver appLimoWiz: $75/mo desktop + $95/mo web reservations + $5/driver/moThe total once every module is added

Two costs sit on top of almost every model. First, a one-time setup or upfront fee: $299 on Limo Anywhere Core and Moovs Standard, $189.99 on Exaltis Core, $100 on WorldLimoBiz. Second, card processing. Moovs publishes 3.4% + $0.30 on Standard. On a $150 airport run that is $5.40 a trip, which over a month can matter more than the subscription. Limo Anywhere describes its in-house processing only as "competitive" and does not publish a rate.

Which pricing model fits your fleet?

The cheapest product depends almost entirely on trip volume. Here is the arithmetic for three common fleet shapes using the published prices. Limo Anywhere's own pricing calculator uses this formula: base + (trips up to the cap Γ— per-trip rate) + (trips over the cap Γ— overage rate). The trip counts are examples, so plug in your own.

Owner-operator, 1-3 cars, about 60 trips a month

  • Limo Anywhere Core: $99 + 60 Γ— $0.25 = $114/mo, plus $299 upfront.
  • WorldLimoBiz: 60 Γ— $2 = $120/mo, plus $100 setup.
  • Moovs: the free Test Drive allows 10 rides a month, so 60 trips means Standard at $149/mo plus $299 setup.
  • LimoExpress Team 5: $48/mo for up to 5 users, unlimited rides.
  • Exaltis Core: $89.10/mo during its current sale (shown against $99), plus $189.99 setup. Core does not include the affiliate network.

At this size the per-trip and per-reservation models are fair, because you pay little when the phone is quiet. Flat tiers only win if their cheapest plan covers what you need.

Growing fleet, 5-15 cars, about 400 trips a month

  • Limo Anywhere Core: $99 + 400 Γ— $0.25 = $199/mo. Plus: $249 + 400 Γ— $0.20 = $329/mo.
  • WorldLimoBiz: hits its cap at 100 reservations, so $200/mo.
  • Moovs: Standard caps at 150 rides a month, so Pro at $199/mo. Note the Moovs page lists Pro at 1,000 rides in one table and 250 in another, so get the cap in writing.
  • Exaltis Pro: $129/mo on sale (shown against $215), includes the affiliate network and native driver apps.
  • LimoExpress Team 10: $67/mo.

This is where the gap opens. Per-trip billing keeps climbing with volume while flat and capped plans stop. It is also where seat limits start to bite, because you now have a dispatcher and maybe a reservationist.

Large operator, 30+ cars with affiliate work, about 2,000 trips a month

  • Limo Anywhere Plus: $249 + 1,500 Γ— $0.20 + 500 Γ— $0.45 = $774/mo. Black: $549 + 2,000 Γ— $0.20 = $949/mo. LA Net farm-in/farm-out adds $0.50 a trip on Plus and $0.25 on Black.
  • Moovs Enterprise: from $999/mo, card rate custom, aimed at 20+ vehicles.
  • Exaltis Enterprise: $270/mo on sale (shown against $450), plus $359.99 setup.
  • WorldLimoBiz: still capped at $200/mo.

At this size the subscription is rarely the biggest line. Card processing, farm-out fees, a passenger app (Moovs lists $499/mo plus $1,000 setup; Limo Anywhere lists $199 plus $99/mo outside Black) and the cost of a bad migration all matter more. Big operators should also weigh the network effect: Limo Anywhere says on its pricing page that over 5,400 operators use it, which is why many affiliate partners expect you to be on it.

Which features actually matter in limo and chauffeur software?

Every vendor lists 40 features. Seven decide whether the system makes or loses you money.

  1. A booking widget that runs on your own domain. Limo Anywhere lists embeddable ORES widgets, Moovs describes an embedded widget that opens its customer portal, and LimoExpress includes a public booking form. Ask whether the checkout itself stays on your site or jumps to the vendor's domain. That decides your tracking (see below).
  2. A driver app drivers will actually use. Check the App Store listing, not the brochure. On 20 October 2026, Limo Anywhere's DriverAnywhere 4.0 showed 3.0 out of 5 from 121 ratings and the Moovs Driver app showed 4.2 from 40.
  3. Affiliate network: farm-in and farm-out. Limo Anywhere has LA Net (per-trip fee by plan). LimoExpress integrates with GNet. Moovs describes its own operator network. Exaltis includes an affiliate network on Pro and Enterprise only.
  4. Payments. Card-on-file, deposits, pre-authorisation and refunds from inside the reservation. Get the processing rate in writing; it is often the biggest recurring cost.
  5. Quotes. Many limo jobs (weddings, proms, hourly) need a human quote. Moovs says quote requests notify the operator to add a price; Limo Anywhere sells Lead Quote Close at 1% of bookings made through it ($300 monthly minimum on Core and Plus).
  6. API and integrations. LimoExpress says API access is in every plan and publishes API docs. Moovs points operators to Enterprise for QuickBooks and Samsara integrations. Limo Anywhere lists a QuickBooks integration among its modules without a price.
  7. Reporting you can trust. Revenue by source, by vehicle and by account. If you run ads, you need bookings by channel. Without it you cannot calculate a cost per booked ride.

How do the main limo-specific products compare?

All prices below are as published on each vendor's own site on 20 October 2026, in USD unless noted. Vendors change these often, so treat the table as a starting point for your own quote.

What should you test in a free trial or demo?

Moovs (free Test Drive, no time limit), Exaltis (21 days), LimoExpress (14 days) and WorldLimoBiz (first 10 reservations) let you try before paying. Limo Anywhere runs demos instead. Either way, do not judge it on the vendor's demo data. Load ten of your real jobs and run this list:

  • Book your hardest normal job online, on a phone, as a passenger. A return airport run with a stop, a child seat and a flight number.
  • Quote a wedding or hourly job and time how long it takes your office to send the price.
  • Change and cancel a booking. Check what the passenger and driver receive, and whether the deposit refunds correctly.
  • Submit the same booking twice and see if dispatch catches the duplicate.
  • Farm a job out and take one in with a real affiliate. Note the per-trip fee.
  • Run the driver app on an older Android phone with weak signal. Drivers will tell you in one shift whether it works.
  • Take a test card payment and read the processing statement line by line.
  • Export your customers and trips to CSV. If you cannot get your data out on day one, you will not get it out when you leave.
  • Put the booking widget on a test page of your website and check whether the confirmation page loads on your domain and fires your Google Ads and GA4 conversion.
  • Ask for the full first-month bill in writing: base, setup, per-trip or seat fees, add-ons, processing, messaging.

How does your booking software affect your website and SEO?

This is the part most comparisons skip, and it is where we see operators lose money.

On your domain vs a redirect to the vendor

If the "Book now" button sends passengers to a vendor-hosted page, three things happen. The passenger sees a different look and hesitates. Your analytics records them leaving your site, so the booking never shows up as a conversion. And any links or reviews pointing to that booking page build value for the vendor's domain, not yours. An embedded widget that completes on your own domain avoids all three. Limo Anywhere, Moovs, Exaltis and LimoExpress all describe some form of embed or website booking form, so ask exactly which steps stay on your site.

Search engines also cannot read most booking widgets. Your service pages, area pages and fleet pages still have to do the ranking. The widget only converts the visitors those pages bring in. That is why we treat the website and the reservation system integration as one job.

Tracking conversions

On a Durham Region airport-limo site we ran a 30-day Google Ads test: CA$534.60 spent, 350 clicks, 0 tracked conversions. The lesson was not that ads fail. It was that tracking and the landing page have to work before you spend. If your booking flow ends on a vendor domain with no conversion tag, every campaign looks like that. Before you commit to any software, confirm you can place a conversion tag (or Google Tag Manager, which Moovs lists as "Marketing Attribution (GTM)") on the confirmation step.

Switching without losing rankings

Changing software often means changing booking URLs. When we migrated a Toronto Pearson chauffeur site to a new site in September 2026, all 641 previously ranking queries were preserved, because every old URL was mapped and redirected first. Treat a booking-system switch the same way: list the old booking URLs, redirect them, and keep the old system live until the new one is tested.

If the vendor widget is too rigid for your site, there are other routes. Our Sarah booking assistant is a rule-based chat, voice and form widget with no LLM and $0 running cost, deployed on client sites. It is one option, not a replacement for dispatch software. More on why booking flows leak in why limo websites lose bookings.

How should you decide?

Do it in this order:

  1. Count last quarter's trips per month and your office logins. That alone rules out half the models.
  2. Price three products with your real numbers using the formulas above, including setup and card processing.
  3. Run the trial checklist on the two cheapest that cover farm-out and payments.
  4. Confirm the widget completes on your domain and fires a conversion.
  5. Agree data export and migration terms before you sign. Moovs, for example, says Enterprise customers get free migration with a 30-day parallel run.

If you are just starting out, keep it lean and read how to start a limo business first. If you already run a fleet and want a second pair of eyes on the switch, book a free call or use the estimate tool.

Quick answers

Is there free limo dispatch software?

Yes. Moovs offers a free Test Drive plan with 10 rides a month, no time limit and no card required, with card processing at 4% + $0.30, as published on 20 October 2026. WorldLimoBiz gives the first 10 reservations free before its $2-per-reservation pricing starts. Most other vendors offer timed trials instead, such as LimoExpress's 14 days and Exaltis's 21 days.

Which limo booking software suits a small business?

For a small business doing about 60 trips a month, low-base pricing usually wins. Published prices on 20 October 2026: LimoExpress Team 5 costs $48 a month, Limo Anywhere Core works out at $114 for 60 trips, and WorldLimoBiz charges $2 per reservation capped at $200. Moovs Standard is a flat $149, with card processing on top.

Which limo software comes with a driver app?

Limo Anywhere and Moovs both ship driver apps, so the useful check is how drivers rate them. On 20 October 2026, Limo Anywhere's DriverAnywhere 4.0 showed 3.0 out of 5 from 121 App Store ratings, and Moovs Driver showed 4.2 out of 5 from 40 ratings. Run the app on a few cars during a trial before moving the whole fleet.

Is black car dispatch software different from limo software?

Usually not. Black car dispatch software, chauffeur software and limo dispatch software are the same product category sold under different labels. Limo Anywhere, for example, titles its online reservation system page for chauffeur and black car operators. What separates products is the pricing model, the affiliate network, the driver app and whether passengers book on your own domain.
