Compare Moovs and Limo Anywhere against your real reservation, dispatch and passenger journey. Pricing and plan features can change, and a marketing comparison is not a substitute for testing your installation. Evaluate the supported booking method, total charges, data access and migration responsibilities.
Check current vendor pricing directly
Moovs currently describes a flat monthly subscription with payment processing charged separately. Limo Anywhere publishes plan levels with trip-related charges and extras. Review the current vendor pages and your proposed contract before choosing. Older vehicle-band and per-trip descriptions on this site have been replaced rather than presented as current facts.
Model your own operating month
List expected journeys, payment volume, users and required add-ons. Ask each vendor how those values affect the total bill. Separate base subscription, setup, processing, messaging and optional features. Do not assume a published headline rate includes the full operational cost or your required integration access.
Test the passenger journey
Check a normal quote request, mobile booking, unavailable vehicle, changed journey and confirmation. Identify whether a supported link or embed meets the requirement before commissioning a custom API interface. A vendorβs booking portal does not prove Grow Your Limo has already tested every API action on your plan.
Test dispatch and exceptions
Ask the people who will use the system to review the actual trip assignment and change workflow. Confirm how cancellation, refunds, communication and duplicate requests work. This guide does not claim one product always wins or reproduce unverified third-party review scores. Your operationβs critical cases should determine the decision.
Plan migration and ownership
Agree which records move, who verifies them and how the old workflow remains available during transition. Document number, domain and integration ownership. Request supported access and a controlled test environment. Do not promise live availability or booking-write actions until the actual connection is verified.
What do Moovs and Limo Anywhere cost right now?
Here is what each vendor publishes on its own pricing page, checked 20 October 2026. All figures are USD.
| Plan | Monthly price | One-time fee | Usage terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Limo Anywhere Core | $99 base + $0.25 per trip | $299 | Up to 500 trips at that rate, then $0.50 per trip |
| Limo Anywhere Plus | $249 base + $0.20 per trip | $599 | Up to 1,500 trips, then $0.45 per trip |
| Limo Anywhere Black | $549 base + $0.20 per trip | $899 | Up to 5,000 trips, then $0.40 per trip |
| Moovs Test Drive | Free | $0 | 10 rides a month, 10 vehicles; card rate 4% + $0.30 |
| Moovs Standard | $149 flat | $299 | 150 rides a month, 3 seats; card rate 3.4% + $0.30 |
| Moovs Pro | $199 flat | $299 | 1,000 rides in one table, 250 in another; 5 seats; card rate 3% + $0.30 |
| Moovs Enterprise | From $999 | On request | Unlimited rides and seats; card rate custom |
Limo Anywhere counts every trip booked in your monthly service period. Its pricing page also says operators with 50 trips a month or fewer can ask for a custom plan, and that new operators may qualify for a discount. It describes its in-house card processing (US only) as "competitive" but does not publish the rate. Moovs says plainly that it charges no per-trip fees and that card processing is billed separately.
What that means at your volume
Using Limo Anywhere's own calculator formula (base + trips Γ per-trip rate, with overage above the cap) and the Moovs tier caps:
| Trips a month | Limo Anywhere (cheapest plan) | Moovs (plan that fits) |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | Core: $99 + $25 = $124 | Standard: $149 |
| 400 | Core: $99 + $100 = $199 | Pro: $199 (confirm the ride cap) |
| 1,500 | Plus: $249 + $300 = $549 | Enterprise: from $999, unless Pro's cap is agreed higher |
Those are subscription figures only. Add the one-time fee, card processing, and any add-ons such as a passenger app or farm-out fees. On Moovs Standard, a $150 trip paid by card costs $5.40 in processing (3.4% + $0.30). Ask Limo Anywhere for its processing rate in writing so you can compare like for like. Our limo dispatch software comparison runs the same maths across other products.
How do the features compare?
Feature lists overlap heavily. The differences that change your bill or your workflow are below, as each vendor describes them on 20 October 2026.

| Online booking | ORES booking engine with embeddable widgets, on all plans | Customer portal opened from an embedded widget; customer booking link |

| Affiliate farm-in/out | LA Net: $0.75, $0.50 or $0.25 per trip by plan; partner connectivity (e.g. GRIDD) per-trip fee | Own operator network; GNET connectivity listed in its plan comparison |
| Payments | Limo Anywhere Pay, US only, rate not published | Moovs Payments, 4% to 3% + $0.30 published by plan |
| Quotes and CRM | Lead Quote Close at 1% of bookings through it ($300 monthly minimum below Black) | Quote requests through the portal; CRM add-on priced by sales |
| Passenger app | $199 + $99/mo; included on Black | $499/mo + $1,000 setup |
| Accounting | QuickBooks integration listed as a module, price not shown | QuickBooks sync pointed to Enterprise |

Both vendors show flight tracking, automated messages and reporting. Neither page tells you how a specific job type behaves, so test your own bookings (see the sections above).
Which one fits which operator?
Limo Anywhere tends to fit operators who already farm a lot of work in and out with affiliates who run on it. The vendor says on its pricing page that over 5,400 operators use it. It also fits teams with many office users, because users are unlimited on every plan. At low volume the per-trip model is cheap: 100 trips on Core is $124 a month.
Moovs tends to fit owner-operators and small fleets who want a predictable flat bill, a free trial with no time limit, and published card rates. Its page positions Standard at 2-10 vehicles, Pro at 11-20 and Enterprise at 20+. Watch the seat limits if you have several dispatchers, and the ride cap on Pro.
Neither is automatically cheaper. Around 400 trips a month the two land on the same $199 subscription. Above that, Limo Anywhere's per-trip fees keep climbing while Moovs jumps to Enterprise once you pass the Pro cap. Card processing and add-ons usually decide it. What should you plan for when switching?
- Notice and sunk fees. Limo Anywhere is month-to-month with 30 days' notice by email, and charges a $25 reactivation fee if you come back. The upfront licence fee is a one-time charge you have already paid, and monthly dues are billed in arrears, so time the move to a billing cycle.
- Migration help. Moovs says Enterprise customers get free migration with a 30-day parallel run, and names Limo Anywhere as a system it migrates from. On Standard or Pro, ask what is included before you sign.
- Affiliate relationships. If partners send you work over LA Net, tell them how to reach you after the move, or that work may stop.
- Customer accounts and history. Export customers, corporate accounts, rates and trip history to CSV before the old system closes. Check the import on ten real accounts.
- Your website booking links. New software usually means new booking URLs. List every old booking link and redirect it. When we migrated a Toronto Pearson chauffeur site to a new site in September 2026, all 641 previously ranking queries were kept because every old URL was mapped first.
- Conversion tracking. Re-add your Google Ads and GA4 conversion on the new confirmation step and place a test booking. On a Durham Region airport-limo site a 30-day ads test spent CA$534.60 for 350 clicks and 0 tracked conversions, which is what happens when tracking is not ready.
- Drivers. Run both driver apps for a week on a few cars before switching the fleet.

What do Moovs reviews say?
We verified one independent Moovs score on 20 October 2026: the Moovs Driver app had 4.2 out of 5 from 40 App Store ratings, against 3.0 from 121 ratings for Limo Anywhere's DriverAnywhere 4.0. Samples this small say more about each driver app than about the office software, so test both on your own jobs before choosing.
Is Moovs cheaper than Limo Anywhere?
Moovs is cheaper than Limo Anywhere only at some volumes. At 100 trips a month, Limo Anywhere Core ($124) undercuts Moovs Standard ($149); at about 400 trips both cost $199.
