What is Limova, and is it limo software?
No. The name sounds like it belongs in our industry, but Limova has nothing to do with limousines. It is an AI-agent platform run by a start-up in Nice, France. The legal entity named in its terms of sale is KAINOTOM.IA.
Limova sells a team of named AI "agents", each with one job:
- Tom: phone and after-sales. Answers calls, WhatsApp and website chat, qualifies requests, books appointments.
- John: marketing visuals and social posts.
- Lou: SEO articles published to WordPress, Wix or Shopify.
- Elio: outbound sales calls and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Charly: a general assistant that runs your to-do list and supervises the others.
- Manue, Julia, Rony: finance reports, contracts and compliance, recruiting.
According to OGC Nice, which announced Limova as a sponsor in July 2026, the platform launched in December 2024 and has almost 35,000 users in 35 countries. A Presse-citron article from January 2026 says Limova does not build its own language model. It runs on Anthropic's Claude and adds integrations and automations on top. Those numbers come from the company, and they don't always agree. Its own homepage says "+30,000 professionals", while the Presse-citron piece says 5,000+ clients.
For a limo operator, only one agent really matters: Tom, the phone agent. Missed calls are where a small limo office loses bookings. The rest of this review focuses on him.
What does Limova cost?
Limova's pricing page shows euro prices excluding VAT. When we fetched the page, the price figures load from a script, not the page text. The figures below are the values that script loads. The French tools directory Prompt Facile lists the same prices.
| Plan | Monthly (excl. VAT) | Annual (excl. VAT) | What matters for a limo office |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentiel | €79.90 | €949.90 | 5 users, the 8 agents. No phone agent. |
| Pro | €139.90 | €1,649.90 | Adds Tom at €0.20 per call minute, WhatsApp and website chatbot |
| Business+ | On request | On request | Individual onboarding, premium support |
Both paid plans show a 7-day free trial. The pricing page doesn't mention any included call minutes on Pro, so assume every minute is billed.
Here is a worked example using only the published numbers. Say you route 300 calls a month to Tom, averaging 3 minutes each. That is 900 minutes × €0.20 = €180. Add the €139.90 Pro plan and the bill is about €320 a month before VAT. A busy airport-transfer office taking 1,000 calls a month at the same length would pay €600 in minutes alone. Model it on your own call log before you sign.
Billing terms from the terms of sale (dated 2 September 2025):
- No minimum commitment, and plans renew automatically.
- A monthly plan can be cancelled in writing. Cancellation takes effect the following month, and that month stays payable.
- Annual plans and phone top-ups are not refundable.
- The service is for registered businesses only. French law applies, and disputes go to the commercial court in Nice.
What would Tom actually do in a limo office?
Limova says Tom answers calls around the clock, sorts callers with tags, checks your calendar, creates events in Google Calendar or Outlook, and sends a summary after each call by email or SMS. You feed him a knowledge base: FAQs, prices, scripts. He transfers to a person when the caller insists or the request is outside his scope.
Now map that onto a real limo phone day:
- "How much from downtown to the airport?" Tom can only quote what you put in his knowledge base. Zone and hourly rates are easy. Wait time, tolls, a stretch versus a sedan, and late-night surcharges are where a wrong number slips out.
- "Book me a pickup on Air Canada 845 tomorrow." Tom can create a calendar event. A calendar event is not a reservation in Limo Anywhere, Moovs or FASTTRAK. Someone still re-keys it, assigns a car and confirms it.
- "Is my driver outside?" Tom has no view of your dispatch board, so this has to go to a human.
- Affiliate farm-ins and changes to existing trips. These need dispatch access and judgement, so they need a human.
Limova's site says "+3200 integrations". The ones it names are Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Stripe, Instagram, LinkedIn, Airtable and Photoshop. No limo reservation system appears on that list. Before you buy, ask Limova in writing whether Tom can create a reservation, not just a calendar event, in the system you actually use. If the answer is no, Tom is a smart message-taker. That can still be worth it, as long as you buy it as one.
What do independent Limova reviews say?
We found no Limova listing on G2, Capterra or Product Hunt. The main independent review source is Trustpilot. On 20 October 2026 it showed a 4.9 TrustScore from 1,270 reviews, 95% of them five stars.
Read that score with three caveats, all shown on the Trustpilot page itself:
- Trustpilot notes the company hasn't invited reviews recently, so the reviews "may not be representative".
- Limova replies to positive reviews but hasn't replied to negative ones.
- None of the reviewers we could see runs a transport business. They include a plumber, a pet-food company and an accounting firm.
The positive reviews mostly praise the support staff, onboarding and Tom himself. The negative ones describe bugs, slow support (one reviewer waited three weeks), integrations failing, and French appearing in an English-speaking setup. That last one matters if your callers are in Toronto, Chicago or London. The company says Tom handles 140 languages. Test English, and any second language your clients use, with your own callers' accents.
What should a limo office test during the 7-day trial?
Seven days is short. Script the test before you start and run it in the first two days.
- Ten scripted calls. Cover an airport pickup with a flight number, a same-day hourly booking, a wedding with three cars, a price check on your busiest route, a cancellation, a "where is my driver" call, an angry customer, a corporate account booking, a caller with a strong accent, and a caller who speaks your second language.
- Score every call on four things. Did Tom invent a price? Did he promise availability he can't see? Did he hand off to a person when he should have? Did the summary arrive complete enough to book from?
- Check the handoff path. Find out which number he transfers to at 2 a.m., and what happens when nobody answers.
- Check the number setup. Do you forward your existing line, or does Limova give you a new number? Your published phone number is part of your Google Business Profile and citations. Don't change it to test a tool. See how we handle GBP.
- Total the minutes. Multiply the trial's average call length by your real monthly call count.
- Read the data terms. Presse-citron reports Limova saying data is hosted in France and not used to train models. Get that in writing if you handle corporate or celebrity clients.
We wrote a longer checklist on what a limo AI assistant can safely do. The short version: an acknowledgement is not a confirmed booking, and the passenger must know which one they got.
What are Limova's limits for a limo business?
- It is general-purpose. Nothing in the product knows what a farm-out, a meet-and-greet or a P2P transfer is. You teach it all of that through the knowledge base.
- The output is your responsibility. The terms of sale say AI responses may contain errors, you must check them, and you are solely responsible for how they are used. If Tom quotes a passenger the wrong fare, that is your problem to honour or fix.
- The company is young. The platform launched in December 2024 and is growing fast. That is good for features but means the product is still changing. One Trustpilot reviewer called it "more like an MVP than a real product". Others disagree.
- The terms are French. French law and a Nice court are a long way from a dispute in Ohio or Ontario.
- There is no dispatch link. We found no named limo reservation system integration, so expect re-keying.
What are the alternatives to Limova for a limo company?
1. Use what your dispatch software already sells
Some limo platforms now bundle lead and AI tools inside the system that holds your reservations. Limo Anywhere lists Lead Quote Close at 1% of the bookings it closes ($300 monthly minimum on Core and Plus). Moovs lists an "AI Suite" on its Enterprise plan, which starts at $999 a month. Because these tools live inside the booking system, they skip the re-keying problem. Compare them in our dispatch software comparison and our list of Limo Anywhere alternatives.
2. A rule-based booking assistant on your website
This is what we built for our own client sites. Our Sarah booking assistant offers chat, voice and a form in one widget. It is rule-based, with no language model, and costs $0 to run. Because it follows rules instead of generating answers, it can only say what you configured. It cannot make up a fare or a vehicle. The trade-off is real: it won't handle an open-ended conversation the way an LLM agent can, and it doesn't answer your phone. It catches the web visitor who would otherwise bounce. See the AI booking assistant service.
3. Fix the website booking path first
Many calls happen because the website made booking hard: no price guidance, a broken mobile form, or a reservation page on a different domain. An AI receptionist answering calls caused by a bad website treats the symptom. Read why limo websites lose bookings and, if you use reservation software, how we connect it to your site.
Verdict: who Limova fits, and who it doesn't
| Limova fits you if… | Limova doesn't fit you if… |
|---|---|
| You miss after-hours calls and want every caller greeted, tagged and summarised | You need the agent to create real reservations in your dispatch system |
| Your pricing is simple enough to write down: flat airport rates, hourly minimums | Your quotes depend on judgement: multi-stop, wait time, vehicle swaps |
| You also want the marketing, SEO-writing or admin agents in the same plan | Most of your calls are existing-trip changes and "where's my driver" |
| You are comfortable with EU contract terms and paying per minute | Your volume is high and per-minute billing makes it pricier than a person |
Our honest read: Limova is a capable general AI-assistant platform that a limo company can bend to fit. It isn't built for chauffeured transportation, and nothing on its site shows a connection to limo dispatch software. Treat Tom as an after-hours receptionist that takes good notes, run the scripted calls above, and decide on your numbers rather than the 4.9 stars.
If you would rather fix where the calls and bookings are leaking first, book a meeting and we'll look at your booking path with you.
